CHANEL N°5 LEAU EDT 100ml
N°5 L'EAU is today's N°5. A vibrant fresh floral that places modernity as its emblem, making freshness its leitmotif. Nº5 L'EAU as an ode to simplicity. Nº5 L'EAU is like a statement, even in its minimalist packaging. The perfume's iconic silhouette is drawn on its embossed cardboard box. Inside, a second box protects the transparent crystalline bottle. No cover element, no mechanism disturbs this clear image. As if the maximum simplicity of the bottle disappeared before the contents, to give freedom of imagination to whoever chooses this perfume.
Today, Olivier Polge, Perfumer at Maison CHANEL, reinvents N°5 and demonstrates how its structure is infallible and inspiring. With the subtlety of a goldsmith, he separated the original formula and appropriated each of the raw materials to understand the role they really play. Olivier Polge set out to create a new balance, an ideal freshness. He captured the essence of his time.
Less abstract than its predecessors, the composition of Nº5 L'EAU bathes citrus fruits in light, like honey under the sun's rays. In principle, lemon, tangerine and orange are highlighted skyward through aldehydes. On a second exhalation, we notice the abundance of flowers. Rose mixes with airy jasmine and a facet of ylang-ylang, more modern than ever. Behind this floral whirlwind, an unprecedented vitality emerges, born of vetiver and cedar, accompanied by soft notes of musk. N°5 has never been so natural. So fresh.
